Kiko ta un "Yui Di Korsow"?

I was recently at a luncheon hosted and coordinated by one of our Members Yanera Soerel where the invitees where a combination of Curaçao Natives living abroad and local people considered renowned or experts in their individual fields. One of the interesting questions posed by one of the experts was what it really meant to be a "Yui di Korsow"?

I thought it would be interesting to further discuss that question. What does it mean to you? Does it mean you have to have been born on the island of Curaçao? Does it mean you have to speak Papiamentu?
